TERMS OF SERVICE​

• I have the right to decline commissions.
• The client must understand that I cannot be rushed during the process of the commission. 
• All payments are in USD(United States Dollar) and paid via Paypal invoices and must be paid in full before I start the commission.
• Commissions may take up to 7 days to 3 months depending on complexity of commission or current wait list.
• I may stream the process on Twitch live unless stated not to.
• I will update the progress of the commission when I feel there is enough progress.
• Before the coloring stage, a draft will be sent to the client for approval. Up to 4 major edits can be made during the draft phase. Only 2 minor edits can be made afterwards.
• Any major changes during the coloring stage will be subjected to an extra fee of 15% of the commissioned price.
• It is the responsibility of the client to include all necessary information regarding the commission. I will not be responsible if there are any mistakes or missing details in the final version of the commission due to lack of information.
•  Refunds/cancellations are allowed if the commission has not been started.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND USAGE POLICY​

• Do not distribute the commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes. Commissioned image(s) are for personal use only.
• The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use which includes for wallpapers, avatars, printing and editing for personal display, etc.
• The client may upload the commissioned artwork to the internet but with proper credits.
• I do not give permission to tokenize or turn any of my artwork to NFT related material unless stated so.
